Professional experience
I began my journey in investigation in the U.S Army stationed at Fort Bragg, NC from 1972-1978. I was assigned to the Marijuana and Dangerous Section of the Military Police and conducted investigations in the sale, use, and abuse of controlled substances by military personnel. Based on performance, I was selected as an undercover operative for Task Force LEOPARD (Law Enforcement Operations and Activities to Reduce Drugs). This operation was a coordinated effort between the civilian Law Enforcement Authorities of the three counties surrounding Fort Bragg, NC and Military Law Enforcement personnel.I prepared investigative reports and coordinated with Staff Judge Advocate personnel for the successful prosecution of offenders. From 1978-1979, I was a Military Police Investigator, and I was responsible for the investigation of criminal activities of military personnel involved in Black Market offenses in the Federal Republic of Germany and U.S military installations. From 1979-1984 I was a Special Agent United States Army Criminal Investigations Command Criminal Investigator where I performed investigations of felony offenses committed on military installations. I conducted investigations into felony crimes and violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice by military and civilian personnel within the investigative prevue of the Criminal Investigations Command, on military installations. While on reserve status I assisted in the implementation of a Crime Prevention Program involving local pawn shops that resulted in the identification and apprehension of Larceny subjects.I worked from 1982-2007 for various transportation companies serving as the Director of Safety & Risk Management, Vice President, and Logistics Coordinator of Overseas Containerized Shipments and Operations. In 2001, I opened up Accredited Investigative Service and have collected decades of experience as a private investigator and been disciplined to perform investigations with little or no supervision. Coupled with the fact that I am Hispanic and my ability to communicate in Spanish has enhanced my investigative proficiency when dealing with the Hispanic Community in Middle Tennessee.
